Dulce de Leche and María cookies custard


For 6 servings

– 250 g whole milk
– 110 g Classic Dulce de Leche Márdel
– 15 g de corn-starch
– 2 yolks
– Maria cookies
– Classic Dulce de Leche Márdel (required amount)



Boil 200 g. of the milk and the Classic Dulce de Leche until dissolved, stir so that the dulce de Leche does not stick.

Mix the yolks with the remaining 50g of milk and add the starch. Do it in the same order to prevent starch from setting yolks.

Let the milk rest for a moment and pour it to the yolk’s mixture. Cook stirring non-stop until thick.

Divide into 6 individual containers and refrigerate. Serve with a Maria cookie Sandwich and dulce de Leche on top.
