Dulce de Leche pasta frola


For the dough

– 1 egg
– 1 yolk
– 400 g flour
– 2 teaspoons of baking powder
– 200 g sugar
– 200 g butter
– 1 spoon of Vanilla Flavouring Márdel
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– Lemon peel
– 400 g Pastry Dulce de Leche Márdel



Cut the butter into small pieces and beat with the sugar to form a cream. Add eggs, vanilla flavouring, lemon peel, salt and flour with baking powder.

Mix the dough without knead and take it to the fridge for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough covering the pan (keep a portion of the dough for the strips).

Fill with Pastry Dulce de Leche and finally put the strips.

Cook in the oven to 180ºC for 20 minutes.
