The Sweet Potato Jelly is a typical sweet from Latin America made basically with sweet potato and sugar.

With a Firm consistency, can be served for dessert with cheese, breakfast with bread or cookies, or it can be used as filling for sweet empanadas and “pasta frola” (typical Argentinian cake). Gluten free.
