Panna cotta with dulce de leche

INGREDIENTS:

• Dulce de Leche Pastelero Márdel
• 1 teaspoon vanilla Márdel
• 12g powdered gelatin.
• 700ml liquid cream.
• 300ml milk
• 150g sugar

PREPARATION:

1.Place the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat, stirring all the time to melt the ingredients.
2.Remove from heat before the mixture begins to boil, and add the gelatin.
3.Remove off the heat until gelatin is completely melted.
4.Spread with sunflower oil the molds and then pour the mixture inside them, then cool the molds
with the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
5.To serve add Dulce de Leche Pastelero or familiar and garnish to taste.
