MOUSSE OF DULCE DE LECHE
• 500g of dulce de leche pastelero
• 300g of milk cream
• 3 egg whites
• 1 pinch of salt
1.Soften the dulce de leche with spatula, and then mix with the cream whipped to half a point.
2.Separately, beat the egg whites with the pinch of salt to properly secured snow and incorporate them with outflanking the mix of dulce de leche.
3.Leave in the refrigerator at least two hours before serving in individual cups or glasses.
4.Finally garnish with a strawberry whole. If you prefer, you can just cut chocolate chips for decorating at the time of serving, fruit or crackers.
*Tip: You can cut strawberries into pieces and place them as a base and then incorpórate to the preparation.
