MACAROONS WITH DULCE DE LECHE

INGREDIENTS:

•Dulce de leche pastelero Márdel
• 350g flour of almonds
• 380g icing sugar
• 180g of eggs whites
• 100g of sugar

PREPARATION:

1.Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff and then integrate the meringue mixture to the almond flour and icing sugar, mix surround way.
2.Divide the dough into medallions on a special baking paper plant with a pastry bag, leave the dough for two hours before baking.
3.Preheat oven to 145 ° C and bake the macarons for about 11 minutes.
4.Once baked allow to cool and filled in with dulce de leche pastelero.
