FLAN WITH DULCE DE LECHE
• Dulce de Leche Márdel
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence Márdel
• 5 eggs
• 1 tin of condensed milk
• 1 tin of water (use the condensed milk tin as a measure)
• 1 lemon zest
1.Beat the eggs, add the condensed milk and mix.
2.Fill the same tin with water and pour the mix.
3.Add the lemon zest, vanilla essence and mix by hand until all the ingredients are well integrated.
4.Dump the mixture into a medium mold previously caramelized.
5.Cook in water bath for 1 hour at moderate temperature until the flan has taken a firm consistency and the surface is barely golden.
6.Take it to the fridge and turn it out when it is completely cold. To finish, it can be dressed with dulce de leche Márdel.
