CUPCAKES WITH DULCE DE LECHE
• Dulce de leche Márdel
• 1 teaspoon vanilla Márdel
• 55g butter at room temperature
• 112g brown sugar
• 1 egg large size
• 75g flour bizcochona (leavened)
• 60g cake flour (unleavened)
• 60ml of semi-skimmed milk at room temperature
1.Pre-heat the oven to 160 ° C and greased molds for cupcakes.
2.In a large bowl mix the sugar rods with butter for about 3-5 minutes.
3.Add the vanilla, egg and re-mix.
4.In a bowl we pour the two flours and sift together.
5.We are adding flour and milk in two or three batches, always beating until everything is well integrated.
6.We split the dough into the mold, filling only three thirds of its capacity and put a teaspoon of caramel in the center of the dough.
7.Bake for 25 minutes or until the dough has risen and is golden brown.
8.We moved the cupcakes to a wire rack until completely cool.
9.Decorate to taste.
