CHURROS FILLED WITH DULCE DE LECHE

INGREDIENTS:

• Dulce de Leche Márdel (Pastelero)
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of butter
• 2 ½ tablespoons of sugar
• 2l frying oil

PREPARATION:

1.Join milk, water, salt and butter.
2.Carry to the fire; when it begins to boil reduce heat and add flour all at once, mix and let it resting.
3.Put the mixture in a sleeve (of wide mouth), form the churros and fry in hot oil.
4.Place on paper towels and sprinkle with sugar.
5.Fill in churros with dulce de leche pastelero Márdel.
