DULCE DE LECHE WITH CHEESCAKE
• 200g Dulce de leche Mardel
• 2 teaspoons vanilla Mardel
• 100g sweet biscuits
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 envelope of neutral gelatin
• 1/4 cup whole milk
• 250g of cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• A little bit of salt
TO MAKE THE CRUST:
1.Crush cookies with the sugar.
2.Add the melted butter and mix.
3.Cover with this mixture a medium mold, pressing the bottom with a spoon.
4.Let it cool well in the refrigerator before unmolding.
FOR THE FILLING:
1.Put the milk in a small bowl, sprinkle with gelatin and leave it until gets fluffy.
2.Beat the eggs, cheese, gelatin, salt and vanilla until it becomes sparkling.
3.Add the dulce de leche and mix well. Put the filling in the mold with the cookies.
4.Cook in water bath until more or less 40 minutes until gets solid.
5.Let cool well before unmolding.
