CAKE POPS WITH DULCE DE LECHE
• Dulce de leche Márdel
• 1 cake (any desired flavour)
• Chocolate to melt, black or white
• Decoration to taste (grated coconut, chocolate chips, etc.)
1.Crumble the cake, mix it with the amount of fresh milk needed until it becomes an homogeneous mixture.
2.Form compact balls and when its ready put them in the refrigerator for about an hour.
3.Melt the chocolate in water bath.
4.Remove the balls from the refrigerator.
5.Dip the tip of a stick in the melted coverage and nail it in each ball. Repeat the process until you finish.
6.Put the pops in the refrigerator about 20 minutes.
7.Immerse all the balls in the melted chocolate, decorate to taste and then stick them in a cork board until the chocolate cools.
