• 150g fresh milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla Mardel
• 115g unsalted butter
• 170g chocolate
• 25g pure cocoa
• 3 eggs large size
• 200g sugar
• 140g flour


1.Preheat oven to 180 °C. We will use a square or rectangular mold, about 20cm, preferably made of aluminum.
We put butter or baking paper, which most you like.
2.Melt butter and chocolate chips. We can do it in a water bath, in a medium saucepan without stopping to stir.
3.Remove from heat and add cocoa, stirring until smooth.
4.Add one by one the eggs, sugar, vanilla and flour. If we wanted to add some nuts this would be the moment.
5.We place half of the preparation in the mold and give out.
6.On the surface we add spoonfuls of caramel to our liking.
7.We put the remaining dough and the dulce de leche.
8.We cook for 35-45 minutes. We will know it is ready when the center feel slightly firm.
9.Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
